Meredith A. Newman is an associate
professor in the Department of Political Science at Washington State
University. She earned her Ph.D. in Policy Studies at Deakin University,
Australia. She teaches public administration in the Master of Public
Affairs program. Her research interests include comparative public policy,
intergovernmental affairs, administrative theory, gender and politics, and
public management. Her articles appear in a number of scholarly journals
including Public Administration Review, The American Review of
Public Administration, Public Administration Quarterly, Journal
of Public Administration Education, and Public Productivity and
Management Review. Newman is a Region IX Representative on the
National Council of the American Society for Public Administration. |
