Lloyd G. Nigro is Professor of Public
Administration, Urban Studies, and Political Science at Georgia State
University. His fields of research interest are public sector human
resources management and policy, administrative theory and ethics, and
American political thought and public administration. He is the author or
co-author of numerous articles and book chapters, including Violence in
the American Workplace: Challenges to the Public Employer in the Public
Administration Review (1996) with William Waugh and The Constitution
and Administrative Ethics in America in Administration and Society
(1991) with William Richardson. He has also co-authored and edited several
books, including two widely read texts, Modern Public Administration and
The New Public Personnel Administration. Prior to joining the GSU
faculty in 1979, he was a member of the faculties of Syracuse University
Maxwell School and the University of Southern California School of Public
Administration. |
